Gareth qualified in 1988, initially working at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, progressing to be a Senior 1 physiotherapist before moving to Germany in 1992. He undertook a training program to teach manual therapy to other qualified physiotherapists in the U.K and Europe.

From the late 1990s to 2010 Gareth and Doris ran a successful private practice form Park Hill Hospital while managing the medical and Orothopaedic ward.

In 2007 Gareth and Doris bought “The Dukeries Clinic” a multi-disciplinary clinic in Worksop.

In 2011 Gareth and Doris had a purpose built clinic constructed in Auckley near Doncaster Airport.

Gareth and Doris have a keen interest in sport especially Rugby and Dance. Their boys played at Doncaster Knights mini juniors up to the age of 17. One now plays for Northampton Saints and England, the other son played for England Students Rugby League.

Gareth and Doris daughter is now at Laines Theatre Arts School in Epsom.

Gareth continues with his commitment to amateur sport by supporting Doncaster Phoenix Rugby Club.

• C S P – Chartered Society of Physiotherapists
• MMACP – Manipulative association of Chartered Physiotherapists

Doris qualified as a physiotherapist in Germany in 1987. She worked for 5 years in the world famous Zurzach rehabilitation clinic in Switzerland, followed by time working in a specialist manual therapy practice in Germany.

She completed her International manual therapy qualification in 1994 with Gary.

Since returning to England she worked as a clinical specialist in pain management in the N.H.S and then for Hill Physiotherapy since 1998.
